Verbal reasoning tests are very frequently used for roles in the legal profession, but are also used extensively for other jobs as comprehension skills are highly valued. You are presented with a passage of text which you must quickly read and understand. Whilst reading you must specifically look for what can be inferred from the passage, what is logically impossible given the information in the passage and what you are told nothing about. You will have to respond either True, False or Cannot Say to a series of statements relating to the passage. It takes a lot of practice to get used to the subtleties between assumptions and fact in verbal reasoning tests. Start improving your verbal reasoning score now.
